Homes Offered : home offered

I would like to foster, or possibly adopt an older dog who is difficult to home. I do work full time, although only five minutes away and I do come home at lunchtimes, so 4 hours is the maximum time a dog would be left alone. I have a dog of my own Holly, a crossbreed. She has recently lost her elderly companion greyhound, Jenny. I think she would be better suited to a male dog, but obviously she is my priority and would have to get on with a new dog. My two grown up sons still live at home and they love dogs. I have been registered with the same vet for 20 years and know the importance of vaccinations and regular health checks. I have a small house with a 40 foot secure garden in a quiet cul de sac. I am an experienced dog owner of many years and can provide a loving home to an overlooked dog of any description.

We live in a big house in Hampshire with 160ft secure garden in need of a pooch running up/down it.

From July I will be self employed at home and my partner is home by 2pm everyday. We have no children (a puppy will be our surrogate child!).

We were both brought up with dogs and are regular dog sitters for freinds family so have experience of a variety of breeds etc. Also reading the Perfect Puppy by Gwen Bailey for more tips!

Ideally we'd like a puppy under 6 months that will grow to be a small-medium sized dog. We don't care what breed as long as they are healthy.

Will obviously pay an adoption fee if from a rescue centre and are happy to be home checked.

Hope someone can help.

Thanks

Melissa & Glenn

Hello we can offer a loving home with good sized garden and we have animal respectful/considerate children. I am an experienced dog owner. We are near fields. Someone is in during the day. We like spaniels and labradors and crosses of them - we would like a calm and non-aggressive dog who does not bark excessively and is good wiith children. We don’t mind pedigree or cross, male or female. We would prefer a youngish dog (puppy or young adult). Neutered already would be ideal. We would like a dog perhaps who the owners have to give up reluctantly due to unforeseen life events (eg. moving, divorce, migration, work, baby etc) not because of intractable behavioural problems.. We are near Croydon. Many thanks, Colin email: cph@talk21.com Still looking as of 27th April

My old girl died at the beginning of February and my young boy is missing having a playmate. The dog I am interested in should be of medium height, female puppie upto 5yrs old, needs to like to play a lot. Unfortunately cannot have any Staffie type dogs as my boy had a bad run in with one or Rottie type dogs, as the one I was going to adopt attacked him! Please e-mail me on sallysima@sky.com

I have recently just moved into my own house with my partner and we are looking for a playful dog to join our loving family. We will accept any puppies and any breed of dog. We are really interested in staffordshire terriers as I have had two in the past. So if you believe your dog will be in great hands and have lots of fun please get in touch.
Thanks. Hope to hear from you soon.
